- Dec 01, 2013 Judging by the results from Google, I'm not the only person having a problem running Borderlands 2 after upgrading to Windows 8.1 It. Borderlands 2Windows 8 has problems running Borderlands 2 - especially some Skidrow crack copy or Blackbox copy that has been going around (it's a great game - you should buy it from Steam!).
